Sister Janet began sharing her ministry here at St. James in the fall of 2014 when she moved to Chicago. The oldest of eleven children and a native of Farley, Iowa, Sister Janet entered the convent after graduating from high school in 1963. She served as a teacher early in her career, and later in leadership for her order and in senior ministry. She is a graduate of Clarke College and Loyola University Chicago. She is from the same order as Sister Barbara Rastatter who served our community for many years.
