In the past few months St. James has had a baby boom — four births! For a small parish nothing speaks of the future more than a crying infant! The neighbors of Zechariah and Elizabeth speak for us: “What, then, will this child be?” When you look at a new born you see unlimited potential. This child could be the one who finds the cure for cancer or is the first to walk on Mars. Perhaps this child will bring peace and harmony in our family which will ripple out into the city, the country, the world. Hey, that is such a good idea let’s start on it now. Let us help to make this world a more just a peaceful place to welcome these newborns.
