There is an appointed time for everything, and a time for every thing under the heavens. What time is it? The Book of Ecclesiastes reminds us that knowing the proper time to do something matters. There was a movie a few years ago, Good Will Hunting, where Will of the title was a troubled young man due to abuse at the hands of his father. He was in counselling because of all of the difficulties he caused to the people around him. After weeks of sessions, the dramatic moment comes when the counsellor says to him, “It was not your fault.” He said it at exactly the right moment, when Will could hear it, because he had taken the time to build a relationship.
